Chapter Books—$626—Aimed at beginning readers. Simple plots. ~20,000 words.

Middle Grade—$1449—Often told in 3rd person. Longer than a chapter book. Focus is on the protagonist. 30,000–50,000 words.

Young Adult—$1897—aimed at readers aged between 13–17. Often told in 1st person. 50,000–75,000 words.
